"Carl enjoys discussing projects with you and gives just the right amount of suggestions to make it even better. Carl transformed our empty basement into a stunning "mother-in-law" apartment complete with kitchen, bedroom and bath. After moving into our condo, he consulted with us to create a stylishentertainment/display center. He is a master at remodeling!"

It is impossible to fully describe how grateful we are to Carl for creating our small but very comfortable, efficient and trouble-free home on Bainbridge Island. My wife and I were living on a sailboat when we had the good fortune of meeting Carl Lindbloom.

Our son and daughter-in-law had graciously invited us to come and live on their property so we could enjoy watching our grandson grow up; that was twelve years ago. Needless to say, we accepted their offer but I didn’t know the first thing about how to go about converting a completely unfinished building with no interior walls into a home. My son, while capable, simply had no time. Enter Carl………..

After twelve years of living in our home and later, observing him construct a separate Art Studio Building for my wife, I can say with complete confidence, his attention to detail is remarkable. Not only was his craftsmanship impeccable but perhaps equally important was his ability to organize and schedule all of the different subcontractors as well as taking care of all of the required paperwork for the building inspectors. Because of his knowledge of every facet of building, sheet-rock, insulation, painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, he knew who to hire for high quality work and at a fair but not excessive price. I cannot overstate his honesty and work ethic.

Also, how many can say that their builder and his wife Alice, have become true, lifelong friends as a result of a building project completed twelve years ago? Dorothy and I can.

"I'm a do-it-yourselfer, but when it came time to finish my parents' ADU and build an art studio for my mom, I simply could not find enough time on weekends to get the job done. Thankfully, we found Carl. Carl worked with our family from start to finish on these projects. He was flexible, allowing us to act as the general contractor while he served as the project manager, which saved us money. He then skillfully and efficiently organized all of the different subcontractors so we could evaluate bids and make key decisions, which saved us time. What struck me the most about his approach, however, was his efficiency. It was as if the entire project was an orchestra and he was the conductor.  Nothing was wasted and nothing was left to chance. In the end, he demonstrated a knack for turning our dreams and ideas into a cost-effective reality. I would consult Carl again on any home improvement project because he knows how much time is required and which materials are needed for a job well done."

I have had the pleasure to consult/work with Carl on a kitchen remodel project that involves all aspects of project management: design, sourcing, building and installation. I appreciate the extensive experience and knowledge he brings to this work. It’s overwhelming as a homeowner to consider all aspects of such a project and Carl brings a calm and disciplined approach. He’s creative, resourceful and attentive to budget which are a real plus. He can view any project from 360 degrees which is so helpful. I highly recommend him!
